Got questions?

Frequently asked

What can I see on the display?
The HR2 display is designed to show time, steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen readings at a glance. Use HealthRing for synced activity and wellness information.
How accurate are the health readings?
Use the ring for general wellness and fitness information only. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition.
How long does the battery last?
Seller specifications list 5 to 7 days of typical ring battery life. The charging case is rated for up to 30 days. Actual battery life varies with use and settings.
Which ring size should I order?
Choose the size that keeps the inner sensors comfortably against your finger. Follow the supplied sizing guidance before wearing the ring.
Is HR2 waterproof?
HR2 is water-resistant for ordinary everyday use, but we do not advertise it as waterproof because an exact verified IP rating is not currently available. Avoid high-pressure water, hot water, saunas and prolonged immersion.
Which app do I use?
Pair HR2 in the HealthRing app on iOS or Android. Complete pairing inside the app rather than from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
What finger should I wear it on?
Any of the first three fingers (index, middle, ring) work well. Avoid the pinky because the sensors need a snug fit against the skin. Most users prefer the index or ring finger on their non-dominant hand.
Does it need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use the HealthRing companion app with the ring.
